Our July bakery box is a cookie extravaganza. This box features 6 different cookies that are full of summer flavors. Tropical biscotti is bursting with pineapple, coconut and almonds! Amaretti are a traditional Polish (or Italian cookie) that is perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a sweet almond flavor. Our Strawberry Rhubarb Thumbprints feature a delicious strawberry rhubarb jam from a local cottage food maker, Joanne at The Jelly Jar, LLC. Nothing says summer better key limes and these key lime sugar cookies with a sweet glaze are just like Florida on a hot, summer day. My favorite summer drink is southern sweet tea and this sweet tea shortbread is the perfect compliment to a cold glass of iced tea. And last, but certainly not least, it would not be summer with s’mores! These bars are the best parts of this summer backyard treat without all the mess! Ok, maybe a little bit of the gooey marshmallow mess but that is the best part, right?
